Our Ayurveda vegetarian restaurant is exclusive for our in-house guests. Here you will find a three-Dosha food buffet. Food is prepared according to the meal times and should not be stored for later consumption. Please keep in mind that we serve three meals in a day – breakfast between 7AM and 9AM; lunch between 11AM and 1PM and dinner before sunset or by 7:30PM.
Dosha diet plans
The culinary experience of a guest at Alpino Atlântico starts with the Ashoka ayurveda doctor's consultation to determine the guest dosha. The menu is based on fresh, organic, seasonal produce that's produced in Madeira Island. Menus are also customised based on a guest's specific ailments or problem areas. The herbs from the hotel garden are prepared in decoctions according to the doctor's recommendations. Guests can also take cooking lessons during their stay and take these learnings back with them.
