With Ashoka Ayurveda yoga instructors
You will practice Satva chikitsa, Yin and Hatha Yoga early in the morning. Later in the afternoons be ready to experience a variation of yoga types like Surya Namaska - and Yoga Nidra – which focuses on a transitional state from wakefulness to sleep.
If you wish, they are also able to develop an individual yoga plan based on your personal constitution. In private lessons their yoga teachers will show you which exercises are best for your well-being and thus develop your yoga level further in a targeted and sustainable manner.

Enjoy the effects of your treatment Here you can talk with other guests or simply keep quietly while you enjoy the relaxing ocean view on the balcony. Indoors you will find relaxing loungers where you can lie down, put your feet up and chill out. Although it's usually fine to talk here, be sensitive to the needs of others around you, who may be trying to completely relax and keep your conversations low. There is a supply of fresh herbs warm tea in the room, and fresh fruit to nibble on.
